01 / RETURNS
7 days. All purchases.
Request a return within 7 days of receiving your shipped order or collecting your pickup order. Returns are accepted on all purchases, including parts/repair items and if you change your mind.
Return your item in the same condition in which you received it, with all included accessories. There is no restocking fee.
If you change your mind
You pay return shipping. We refund the item price; separately charged original shipping is not refunded. For purchases with free shipping, we refund the full item price without deducting an outbound shipping charge.
If something is wrong
If your item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or differs from its description, Paris Pawn covers return shipping. Contact us to arrange the return.
When we issue your refund
We issue refunds within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting your return. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Collect your order at Paris Pawn, 127 Main Street, Paris, Kentucky, within 14 days of our ready-for-pickup notice. Call ahead for current shop hours.
If your order remains uncollected, we will contact you before canceling it. Your 7-day return window begins when you collect your item.
